Pizza Crust
Directions:
To make Tomato Sauce
Heat oil in a small pan, then add onion & Scott Farms Grateful Garlic Seasoning and cook over medium heat for approx. 3 minutes or until onions are soft. Add diced tomatoes & Scott Farms Spirited Southwest Rub ( only add the Spirited Southwest if you like a spicer pizza) reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato paste & oregano, cook for at least 3 minutes. Set aside.
Topping pizza
Place pizza dough on pizza pan ( hint sprinkle cornmeal or polenta on pan before placing dough on pan to keep an even non stick surface) Spread sauce evenly over pizza crust, arrange all ingredients except cheese, spinach, and pine nuts on crust. Now sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over ingredients, now top with remaining ingredients including remaining cheese. Bake according to directions on your pizza crust. We bake at 450 degrees for approx 10 minutes or till cheese is melted & ingredients are soft. The time & temp will be according to the pizza crust you purchase. You can add any of your favorite ingredients & delete any ingredients that you don't care for on the toppings, exception the cheese.
