Put oil in skillet and bring heat up to medium. Add the sausages and cook on each side until brown. Remove & drain on paper towels. Keeping pan over medium heat, add onions, peppers, Scott Farms Herbs Etc. Scott Farms Grateful Garlic jSeasoning, Scott Farms Spirited Southwest Rub, cook until onions are brown. Add oregano & tomato paste & stir until mixed.
Add the wine, diced tomatoes & stir until well mixed. Cut sausages into cubes. Add meat back to pan and stir cooking until sauce has thickened. ( approx 18 minutes)
Now open up your hogie rolls & layer mixture into buns.Serve hot. This dish can be served as a side dish with your favorite pasta. It is healthy but so tasty.
