- 2 pounds of deli potato salad
- 1/4 cup of diced jalapenos (out of the can is fine)
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 TBS of chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp of Scott Farms Spirted Southwest Rub or Scott Farms Tortilla Soup Mix
- 5 Dashes of your Favorite hot sauce
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to come out.
