Scott Farms Artichoke Dip

This dip ranks up there with our Scott Farms Guacamole dip as one of our favorites. We recommend this as a wonderful appetizer for your next party or family reunion.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup colby cheese
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese ( you can buy these two cheeses  shredded & mixed at your grocer if you want to save time.
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp of Scott Farms Dillicious Dip Mix
  • 2 tsp of Scott Farms Grateful Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained (approx 14 oz)
  • 1 roma tomato diced (optional to be used for topping after baking if you choose)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the mayonnaise, two cheeses, salt, Dill-icious Dill Dip  Mix, Grateful Garlic Seasoning, and artichoke hearts. Mix well (hint break up artichoke hearts so it is easier to use as a dip). Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. ( Spray with Non-Stick Oil before pouring). Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.  Serve with toasted French Bread or Brushcete toast.  If you like top with diced tomatoes before serving.
