Scott Farms Barb B- Q Meat Loaf
This is one of our family "get together" dishes that everyone raves over!! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef ( ground chicken or turkey could be used)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup crushed canned onion rings
  • 1/2 cup Scott Farms Barb B-Q Sauce using recipe on Scott Farms Barb B-Q Rub package.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Coat loaf pan with non-stick vegetable oil spray. pat meat mixture into pan. Pour remaining Barb B-Q sauce over top of meat Loaf. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. This is very moist & tasty. (hint if you are a Bar B-Q lover make up extra sauce to use as a side dipper.)
