Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 6 1/2 can crabmeat drained (can use the crabmeat in pouches)
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup half & Half
- 6 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sliced stuffed green olives
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp. Scott Farms In A Pinch Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Scott Farms Grateful Garlic Seasoning
- 1/2 cup buttered soft bread crumbs
- olives sliced for garnish
Directions:
In a large bowl break up crabmeat in chunks. Add other ingredients except buttered breadcrumbs and olives set aside for garnish. Fold together. Spoon into 1 qt. baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with olives.
