Ingredients:
2 fresh salmon or tuna fillets, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons water, 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Scott Farms Herbs Et cetera Rub
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except fillets. Add fillets being sure all sides are well coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Grill, bake, or broil until fish flakes easily with a fork.
