2 halibut fillets, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons apple juice, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Scott Farms Savory Sesame and Tomato Rub
Combine olive oil, apple juice, lemon juice, Savory Seasame & Tomato Rub. Add halibut, being sure all sides are well-coated. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Grill, bake, or broil until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Note: Any firm white fish fillets work well with this recipe.
