Ingredients:
4 catfish fillets, rinsed and dried, 1 tablespoon Scott Farms Savory Sesame & Tomato Rub, 1 teaspoon Scott Farms South of the Border Dip Mix, 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the catfish fillets. Coat both sides of catfish fillets with mixture. Use cooking method of your choice: Grill, bake, broil, or pan fry.
