Chuckwagon Center Cut Pork Chops
This is a great one to do on your outdoor grill.

Ingredients:

  • 4 thick-cut boneless center cut porkchops
  • 1/4 cup Scott Farms Chuck Wagon Rub
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

 Brush both sides of pork chops with olive oil. Liberally coat both sides of chops with Chuckwagon Rub. Grill over high heat until center reaches 160 degrees.
