Sweet Southern Steaks

Great rub for high quality steaks. 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 steaks about 3/4 inch thick (Ribeye, Sirlion, Filet, New York Strip-your choice)
  • 2 T Scott Farms Southern Sweetness Rub
  • 2 T light-brown sugar
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon or lime peel
  • 2 T olive oil

  

Directions:

 Mix rub, brown sugar and grated lemon or lime peel thoroughly. Rub olive oil on both sides of steaks. Coat each steak with rub mixture. Grill steaks over high heat 5-7 minutes per side or to desired internal color..
