Spirited Southwest Steaks

A favorite rub with just the right amount of flavor without over powering the true meat taste.


  • 4 Ribeyes or good grade steaks (thick-cut)
  • 2 T Scott Farms Spirited Southwest Rub or Scott Farms Chuckwagon Rub
  • 1/2 cup coarse ground corn meal
  • 1 T olive oil




 Combine rub and cornmeal. Brush steaks with olive oil on both sides. Coat steaks with rub and corn meal mixture. Grill steaks over high heat for 6-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
