Pork Tenderloin
Rub a pork tenderloin with a generous amount of SCOTT FARMS Oklahoma’s Own seasoning. Pour 1 cup apple juice into a large zip-lock bag. Add tenderloin. Put in refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour. When ready to cook, place tenderloin and marinade in a slow cooker. Cook 3-4 hours on high setting or 6-8 hours on low setting until done. This recipe works equally well in a slow (250 degree) oven for 6-8 hours. This recipe also works well on chicken, roast, or steaks.
