Scott Farms Salmon Croquettes

This is a very tasty dish that is healthy with fish oil we all need.


  • 6 oz pouch of skinless, boneless salmon
  • 2 T mayonnaise
  • 3 T dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 T egg Substitute
  • 2 T green onions, diced
  • 2 T diced celery
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. Scott Farms Blackened Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. Scott Farms Grateful Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 T olive oil


In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Heat olive oil to a medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add salmon patties. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown. This is a tasty but very heart healthy diet!!
