Cajun Blackened Steaks

If you like the deep southern cooking you will enjoy this one. 


  • 1 T Scott Farms Blackened Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Scott Farms Grateful Garlic All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Spicy mustard
  • 2- 2 1/2 lb of filets, ribeyes or sirloin steaks

Directions: combine Scott Farms Blackened Seasoning, Scott Farms Grateful Garlic, apple juice, olive oil and mustard. Mix well. Place mixture in a large plastic bag. Add steaks. Turn bag so steaks are well-coated with seasoning mixture. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes. Remove steaks. Keep seasoning mixture and brush steaks during grilling. Grill over high heat 4-6 minutes per side or until steaks reach desired doneness.
